First visit to Our Place staff was wonderful food was fabulous.Only suggestion is that staff wear face shield or clear mask so the hearing impaired

This is a special occasion kind of restaurant. The atmosphere is so adorable. You will feel transported to another place. It is a European / New Orleans style. The exposed brick and decor inside are lovely, especially at Christmas time. The Bloody Marys are delicious here. My husband likes the shrimp thermodore but it is a little rich for me. The steaks are consistently good. Tonight I had eggplant delacroix and it was so fantastic. The crab claws and crab legs are always good appetizer, and the fried green tomatoes. The salads are fresh and the dressing tastes homemade. They accommodated my book club and put us in the most adorable little nook upstairs tucked away. Perfect for a quiet conversation among friends! Great for a date night or a special occasion. I have brought my young children here and they made us feel welcome.. But it's not normally somewhere I would want to bring my toddlers. The service was fantastic and the owners friendly. Thank you Our Place Cafe!!

As always, Our Place Cafe delivers fabulous food. If you want the best steak ever, this is the place to go! The crab cakes are phenomenal too. We always go out to eat after closing on a home, and we went to Our Place this time. This is my favorite birthday destination too!

Excellent food, excellent service, relaxing atmosphere. Gorgeous old, rustic building. Definitely worth going off the beaten path. And worth every penny!

Service was excellent. Our server brought us everything we needed and was well informed on the menu. 5/5The atmosphere was wonderful very welcoming and elegant. The tables are each lit by candlelight but the room itself has enough light so it is not dark. 5/5The food was excellent. Although the choices are limited our appetizer, entree, and dessert was excellent! The menu mostly consists of seafood so if you are a big seafood person this is definitely the place for you. Our personal favourite was the dessert. We highly recommend trying the peanut butter chocolate pie. 4/5Overall would eat here again. Great place for a peaceful quite date night👏🏻

Excellent food and service. Everyone is super friendly and professional. In a city filled with fast food- junk food joints it is so nice to have a place that you know when you go-whatever you get will be excellent. I do not mind paying a little more in a place that I know the food will not disappoint, and it's never a disappointment at Our Place. Also nice to not have to go out of our area for a good meal and pleasant atmosphere.

The atmosphere is excellent. This place as an old country feel that leaves your mood to you. From the 4 entrees at my table everyone was amazingly bursting with flavor.

I saw another glowing review on the Eggplant Delacroix and it is spot on. I'm not an "eggplant kinda guy" but this dish was simply amazing. We were there on a Saturday for a special occasion, greeted and seated within 20 minutes on a busy evening.The service was outstanding. I saw a couple of reviews with concerns over price/value??? Good seafood is not cheap, not a slight against Captain D's but for less expensive seafood, you may be happier there.Great job.
